Legacy Challenges earn shared account progress. At launch, an account can earn up to 65 points; each character can allocate up to 16. Progress beyond the spending cap also advances a separate collection reward track.

The account and spending limits follow Blizzard’s announcement. This page budgets points for 21 named perks from pre-release tooltip captures. It does not validate unlock prerequisites, model reset costs, or promise release behavior.
What does “rank effect unverified” mean?
Most captures show an unspent 0/N talent and its next-rank preview. We treat that as rank 1, preserve the visible rank limit, and never multiply its numbers to invent higher ranks. A planned rank of 5 is a spending choice; its final effect may still be unknown.
Is this shared with Hardcore?
This first planner models characters using the same normal account-progress pool. Blizzard says progress from Hardcore can flow to other rulesets, but progress from other rulesets cannot flow back into Hardcore. Hardcore is not modeled here.
