Data Sources and Limitations
Forever data comes from the local Beta client, build 1.60.1.69893. The planner checks client rank limits, point gates and prerequisites. Server hotfixes and gameplay results have not been verified.
What’s in this snapshot?
Forever: 54 talents from client build 1.60.1.69893. Classic Era: 49 talents from the preserved 1.15.9.69722 snapshot. Server hotfixes are not included.
Why are some rank effects unavailable?
Rank values use the client’s explicit curves. Some abilities need character stats, scaling formulas or a referenced record that is not readable. Those values are marked unavailable; other parts of the tooltip remain readable.
What counts as a change?
Talents are matched by ID within these snapshots. Badges flag position, rank limit, prerequisites and wording at shared recorded ranks. Wording changes do not necessarily mean a balance change. “Classic only” can include renamed or replaced talents; it does not prove removal from the game.
